The Tagline Contest for the 8th Jan Aushadhi Diwas 2026 invites citizens to contribute creative and meaningful taglines promoting affordable and trustworthy medicines under the Jan Aushadhi initiative. With a renewed goal of opening 25,000 Jan Aushadhi Kendras nationwide, the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI) aims to increase public awareness about quality generic medicines available at 50% to 80% lower prices across more than 18,000 Kendras.
