TNF Pre And Post matric Scholarship 2025
The TNF Pre And Post-Matric Scholarship in Tamil Nadu is a financial assistance scheme introduced by the Tamil Nadu Foundation (TNF) to encourage high school students to continue their education and perform better academically. This scholarship supports students studying in government or government-recognized schools within Tamil Nadu by helping cover basic educational expenses. The award is provided for 10 months in an academic year and aims to reduce drop-out rates while promoting access to post-matric education.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Scholarship Application Form Passport Size Photograph Income Certificate Previous Class Mark Sheet School Bonafide Certificate Bank/Post Office Account Proof Aadhaar Card
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian nationals belonging to Tamil Nadu. Students should be studying full-time in Pre and Post Matric calsses in a Government or Government-recognized school. The annual family income must not exceed 2.50 lakh for Municipal Corporation areas and 2 lakh for non-corporation areas. Applicants must not be receiving any other pre-matric scholarship. The scholarship is awarded only once per class and is not applicable for repeated academic years. Preference is given to ABC Project students and donor-recommended candidates.
