The TAF Fellowship (Antara Foundation Fellowship Program) is a prestigious development-focused Scholarship opportunity offered by The Antara Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening maternal and child health systems in India. This 12-month field-based Scholarship provides hands-on experience in grassroots public health implementation across intervention districts in Madhya Pradesh. Fellows work closely with frontline workers, government officials, and local communities to improve healthcare delivery and program outcomes. Through structured mentorship, leadership exposure, and real-world problem-solving, this Scholarship enables young professionals to build expertise in public health systems, community engagement, and development management. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must possess at least an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications such as MSW, MPH, Master’s in Development Studies, or MBA in Rural Development will be given preference. Applicants must have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Candidates should demonstrate analytical abilities to review reports and monitor project implementation. Applicants must show a genuine interest in grassroots development and public health systems. Candidates must be comfortable working in field locations across Madhya Pradesh. Applicants should be capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
