Santoor Scholarship 2025
The Santoor Women’s Scholarship 2025–26, an initiative by Wipro Consumer Care and Wipro Cares, aims to empower young women from underprivileged backgrounds who aspire to pursue higher education after completing Class 12. Launched in the academic year 2016–17, this program provides financial assistance to 1,900 students annually across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chhattisgarh. The scholarship supports selected students throughout their undergraduate education, covering tuition fees and incidental expenses. Since its inception, the program has benefitted nearly 8,000 students, encouraging women to pursue degrees in humanities, liberal arts, and sciences, with preference for applicants from backward districts.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Application Form (For Offiline) Passport-size Photograph Bank Passbook (Note that passbooks from Grameen banks will not be considered.) Student’s College/Government-approved ID College Fee Receipt Admission Proof Grade 10 Certificate Grade 12/Inter/PUC Certificate
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens and female students only. Candidates must have passed Class 10 from a local government school. Applicants must have completed Class 12 from a government school or junior college in the academic year 2024–25. Applicants must be residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, or Chhattisgarh. The student must be enrolled in a full-time graduate program beginning in the academic year 2025–26. The scholarship is open to all categories of students.
