Nurturing Brilliance Cummins Scholarship 2025
The Nurturing Brilliance Cummins Scholarship, initiated by Cummins India Foundation in 2006, aims to support meritorious students from financially and socially disadvantaged backgrounds pursuing Engineering degrees or diplomas. The scholarship not only provides financial assistance for tuition and admission fees but also includes mentoring from Cummins professionals. These mentors help students with career planning, job readiness, personal counseling, and professional networking. Additionally, selected students receive soft skills training through specialized e-learning modules to enhance their personal and professional development. This initiative is focused on empowering youth in specific geographic locations to achieve academic excellence and career success.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Government-issued ID proof Class 10 marksheet Class 12 marksheet Latest engineering/diploma marksheets Current academic year fee receipt (2024–25) Income certificate for financial year 2023–24 Note: This scholarship will open on 25th June.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be an Indian citizen. They should be enrolled in a recognized Engineering Degree or Diploma program. Applicants must be in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of an Engineering Degree course or 1st or 2nd year of a Diploma course. A minimum of 60% marks is required in Class 12 and in all academic examinations from Class 10 onwards. The age of the applicant should not exceed 25 years. The total annual family income should not exceed 6,00,000. The student must be studying in or around Ahmednagar, Indore, Jamshedpur, Phaltan, Pune, or aspirational districts such as Dharashiv, Vidisha, Guna, Rajgarh, or regions in Northeast India. Students whose family members have previously received this scholarship are not eligible. Final year and postgraduate students are not eligible to apply.
