NCPEDP Bajaj Finserv Scholarship For Students with Disabilities 2025
The NCPEDP–Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities is a national initiative designed to empower learners with disabilities from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh by offering financial assistance to continue and complete their education. This scholarship provides support for essential academic expenses, including tuition fees, hostel and mess charges, transportation, and assistive devices. Beyond financial aid, the program focuses on holistic development through capacity-building workshops, national conventions for youth with disabilities, and research studies that contribute to enhancing educational accessibility and equality. The initiative aims to remove barriers faced by students with disabilities and create an ecosystem that ensures dignity, independence, and equal opportunities in higher education.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Disability Certificate / UDID Card Aadhar Card Income Certificate Course Prospectus / Fee Structure Birth Certificate / 10th Passing Certificate Marksheet / Passing Certificate
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be an Indian citizen residing in India. This scholarship is applicable to both the genders and categories. The applicant must have a benchmark disability of 40% or more, supported by a valid disability certificate or UDID card. Only students from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh are eligible to apply. The candidate must belong to a BPL or low-income group, with an annual family income not exceeding 5 lakhs. Applicants must be currently enrolled in school/college or pursuing an ongoing course. Candidates must fall within the age-appropriate class range, with 18–25 years considered suitable for higher education (1–2 years education gap allowed). Students must have secured at least 45% marks or equivalent CGPA in their previous qualifying examination.
