Kaundinya Scholarship 2025
The Kaundinya Education Trust Scholarship 2025–26 is a dedicated initiative to support financially disadvantaged students from marginalized communities, including Gowda, Settibalija, Ediga, Sri Sayana, and Yaata castes, along with other economically weak groups. This scholarship encourages higher education and ensures that talented students with outstanding academic performance receive opportunities to pursue Engineering, Medical, Masters, and PhD programs. Selection is based on financial need, academic merit, and entrance examination performance, including EAMCET, NEET, ICET, and other PG-level exams.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: First page of bank passbook or cancelled cheque Colored passport-size photograph (taken after 1 Jan 2025) Father’s/Guardian’s Income Certificate (FY 2024–25) Reservation Category Certificate (if applicable) Recommendation Letter (from caste head or official) Study Certificate from the current institution Marks List (SSC, Junior Inter, or relevant exams) Entrance Rank Card (if applicable) Free Seat Allotment Letter (if applicable) Student Signature (blue ink on white paper) Parental Signature (if student is minor, blue ink on white paper)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh. Open to both genders and all categories. Junior Inter Admissions: Minimum 500 marks in SSC. Senior Inter Admissions: MPC Stream: ≥90% marks in Junior Inter BIPC Stream: ≥80% marks in Junior Inter MEC, CEC, HEC Streams: ≥70% marks in Junior Inter Free Seat Candidates: Students admitted to EAMCET, NEET, ICET, OUSET, SVSET, ANUSET, or similar exams on a free seat are eligible (must attach allotment letter). PhD Students: Only applicants without any existing scholarships are eligible. Students who have previously received scholarships from the trust for Engineering, Medical, or PG courses may reapply. The scholarship primarily targets economically disadvantaged students with high academic achievement.
