The J And A Bharat Keval Shanti Scholarship 2025–26 is a prestigious initiative by the J&A Bharat HSE Foundation, dedicated to empowering students pursuing studies in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S). This annual scholarship supports deserving Indian students enrolled in government-approved diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate programs in the field of EHS&S. The primary goal is to promote higher education and professional excellence in occupational health, environmental protection, and sustainability. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, financial need, and eligibility, ensuring that aspiring professionals in this critical domain receive the financial assistance they need to achieve their educational goals.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Admission Letter Income Certificate Previous Year Academic Records Recommendation Letter (By Principal) Valid Identity Proof Tuition and Book Receipts Other Scholarship Proof (if applicable) Note: Official Transcripts of the student must be sent from the institution to J&A Bharat HSE Foundation at: [email protected] and copy Prof. Ramana Ramanathan [email protected].
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The scholarship is open only to Indian citizens residing in India. Female students will receive preference during selection. Applicants must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate degree, a post-graduate diploma, or a minimum 1-year diploma program in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S). The chosen program must be approved or accredited by a recognized government authority. If no qualified female applicants are available, the scholarship will be awarded to other eligible students. The applicant’s total family income must not exceed 50,000 per month, supported by a self-declaration or verification certificate from the bank manager. Candidates must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the program. For institutions without a GPA system, a recommendation letter from the principal or director must confirm that the student ranks within the top 30% of their class. Applicants must be pursuing their EHS&S studies at an Indian college or university. Students receiving financial assistance from other sources may have their scholarship amount adjusted proportionately.
