Haji Amin Gadawala Foundation Trust Scholarship 2025
The Haji Amin Gadawala Foundation Trust (HAGFT), established in 2010, provides financial assistance for education to economically backward and underprivileged students through its Zakat and Non-Zakat funds. The scholarship is primarily intended for students seeking admission to full-time, government-recognized professional courses conducted by statutory authorities such as universities, boards, AICTE, and other approved bodies. The foundation aims to support deserving students who lack sufficient financial resources to pursue higher education, ensuring transparency, authenticity, and need-based assistance.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Copy of Bank Passbook (first page) Two recent passport-size photographs (name written on back) Last three years’ mark sheets SSC & HSC compulsory for professional courses Address proof (Aadhaar / Ration Card / Voter ID / Rent Agreement, etc.) Original fee structure letter from institution Proof of admission / Bonafide certificate Parent/Guardian bank details (if student has no account)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra. This scholarship is applicable to both the genders & categories. Students must belong to economically backward and underprivileged families. Preference is given to Zakat-eligible candidates; non-Zakat cases are considered subject to fund availability. Only full-time, government-recognized professional courses are eligible. Institutions must be recognized and affiliated with established universities or government authorities. Courses approved by University, Board, DTE, AICTE, or other statutory bodies only. Applicants must submit complete and accurate information. Students must not have availed similar aid from another Trust/Jamat for the same purpose without disclosure. Final approval is subject to field verification by the Trust’s representatives. This scholarship is applicable to bachelors & engineering courses.
