Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Students must be from rural areas of Karnataka state. No student below 7th standard will get this incentive. Instead, all students above 8th standard, including students pursuing PUC, any degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree, can get this scholarship amount from the Gram Panchayat of your village. The annual income of the family should be between 2 lakhs to 2.5 lakhs. Students must have passed the previous academic year and must have scored at least 50% marks. 8th to 10th and PUC (1st and 2nd year), Students pursuing Degree, Post Graduation, Diploma/ITI/Polytechnic/Engineering/Nursing etc. can apply.
