Gaud Saraswat Brahman Scholarship 2025
The Gaud Saraswat Brahman (GSB) Scholarship, managed by the GSB Scholarship League founded in 1912, is a long-standing initiative to promote higher education among students of the Gaud Saraswat Brahman community. Established as a Trust in 1923, the League has supported thousands of deserving students in building successful careers as engineers, doctors, accountants, and professionals. The scholarship provides financial assistance to needy students, enabling them to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses across India.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Completed Application Form Latest Marksheets Fee Receipt for the current academic year Study Certificate from the School/College Aadhar Card (for identity and address proof) Income Certificate Residential Proof Bank Account Details Passport Size Photographs
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens. This scholarship is exclusively available to students of the Gaud Saraswat Brahman (GSB) community. Both male and female students are eligible. Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized school, college, or university in India. The scheme covers all fields of study, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses. Preference is given to students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. A consistent academic record with passing grades is required. Minimum marks may vary based on the course. Students must provide a valid Income Certificate to prove financial need. Applicants must provide residential proof (Aadhar Card) to confirm residence in India.
