The B.D. Uniyal (Parvatiya) Charitable Trust was established in 1974 by Shri Bishnu Datt Uniyal with the vision of giving back to society through organized and transparent charitable activities. The Trust was founded on the belief that wealth beyond personal and family needs should be used for the welfare of society. Since its inception, the Trust has focused on supporting education, healthcare, and social welfare, particularly for needy yet meritorious individuals. Over the past four decades, the Trust has consistently provided educational scholarships, medical assistance, and financial aid to students, patients, widows, differently-abled individuals, artists, writers, and other underprivileged members of society, entirely through its own resources and without accepting external donations.
