Ayaan Foundation Scholarship 2026
The Ayaan Foundation, a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) under section 10 of the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, and certified under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, with ISO certification, is dedicated to recognizing academic excellence among students from economically challenged sections of society. The primary objective of the Foundation is to support students' dreams and aspirations by providing scholarships to Government Higher Secondary students for their graduation based on a clearly defined selection criteria. The selection process for the Ayaan Scholarship includes a comprehensive approach to ensure deserving students are chosen. The process begins with district-wise school visits for life skill training programs, during which a one-hour session is conducted for students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. During these sessions, an introduction to the Foundation and the scholarship scheme is provided, and interested students submit their applications on the same day. Additionally, students have the option to apply online, via email, or by post, with references from their Headmasters (HM).

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens & domiciled in Tamilnadu. This scholarship is open to both the genders. This scholarship is applicable to OC, BC, BCM, MBC, MBC-V, MBC-DNC, SC, ST & SCA Castes are eligible to apply. This scholarship is applicable to Medical & Engineering in various fields. This scholarship is available to education among economically and socially disadvantaged groups. Special consideration is given to students from rural areas to support higher education in less privileged regions. Students who have studied in five or more Government and Government Aided Secondary Schools. Students from families below the poverty line are prioritized to alleviate financial barriers (BPL Card Holders). Orphans or Single-Parent Children: Those who have lost a mother or father are given preference to support families facing significant personal loss. Students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education receive special attention to promote educational advancement in the family. Demographic Preferences: Rural Students Below Poverty Line (BPL) students Students who have lost either their mother or father First generation graduates (students who are the first in their family to attend college)
