Agni Siragugal Educational Trust Scholarship 2025
The Agni Siragugal Educational Trust (ASET) Scholarship for the academic year 2025–26 is a financial assistance program aimed at supporting underprivileged students in Tamil Nadu who are unable to pursue higher education due to financial or family constraints. The trust identifies talented and deserving students through district-level campus programs and collaborates with reputed colleges across Tamil Nadu. This scholarship ensures that financial limitations do not hinder academic growth while promoting a strong culture of learning and excellence.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Proof of Identity (Aadhar Card or equivalent). Date of Birth Certificate (or 10th mark sheet for age verification). Community Certificate (if applicable). Income Certificate (valid and authorized). 10th Mark Sheet. 11th Mark Sheet. Expected or final 12th Mark Sheet and Cut-Off Details. First Graduate Certificate (if applicable). Address Proof (utility bill, voter ID, etc.). Request Letter for Hostel (if accommodation is needed).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens residing in Tamil Nadu. This scholarship is open to both the genders. This scholarship is open to all categories. The applicant should have completed 10th and 11th grades and be pursuing or planning to pursue higher education. Preference will be given to students from economically weaker sections with a total family income below a specific threshold. The applicant must provide proof of being the first graduate in the family, if applicable. Candidates requiring hostel facilities must indicate this in their application. Students from government or private schools are eligible to apply. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to continuing their education in Tamil Nadu's recognized colleges.
