Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Academic Records – Mark sheets/transcripts of all completed semesters. Identification Proof – A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, or College ID). Resume/CV – A document highlighting academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and professional engagements. Proof of Co-Curricular Activities – Certificates of participation in extracurricular activities such as technical competitions, hackathons, sports, and leadership roles. Professional Membership Proof (if applicable) – Proof of membership in professional organizations such as the IET or other engineering bodies. Project/Innovation Documentation – Any relevant reports, presentations, or published papers related to technical innovations or solutions presented in the scholarship rounds.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens. This scholarship is exclusively applicable to all genders. This scholarship is exclusively applicable all categories. This is open to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year undergraduate engineering students from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions. Applicants must have cleared all credit courses in a single attempt with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale) in completed semesters. No age limit; students can apply at any stage of their undergraduate studies. Both IET members and non-members can apply; IET student members receive a 15% extra weightage in the application process.

Regional Rounds (Held in 5 Cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai):
Winner: 60,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year)
Runner-Up: 40,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year) 5 Regional Winners advance to the National Finals. National Finals (Held in Bengaluru, September 2025): Winner (National Champion): 3,00,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year) 1st Runner-Up: 1,70,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year) 2nd Runner-Up: 40,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year)
Note: If a student wins at both the regional and national levels, they will receive a certificate for both levels but only the national-level prize money.
Winner: 60,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year)
Runner-Up: 40,000 + Trophy + Certificate + IET Membership (1 year) 5 Regional Winners advance to the National Finals.

Selection Process
The scholarship follows a 4-stage evaluation process: Online Application & Evaluation – Shortlisting based on academics, extracurricular activities, and professional engagements. Online Test – Shortlisted candidates take an online STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) test. Regional Rounds – Candidates present innovative technological solutions to regional challenges. National Finals – Regional winners compete for the title of National Champion.
