Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The candidate must be a fresh graduate or a final-year student pursuing a technical degree such as B.Tech or MCA. The applicant should be willing to work in a flexible 24×7 rotational shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The candidate must possess strong interest and aptitude in IT infrastructure, networking, and application support. The applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must demonstrate discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict operational procedures. Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands or networking concepts (TCP/IP) is preferred but not mandatory. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Monitor internal and client-facing applications, services, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools. Acknowledge and categorize alerts, performing initial triage of incidents. Log events and incidents accurately in the ticketing system (Jira). Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams or SMEs following defined SOPs and SLAs. Maintain and update runbooks and knowledge base documents. Communicate active issues and pending tasks clearly during shift handovers.
