The Deutsche Bank Apprentice Programme is a year-long professional training initiative designed to help young technology graduates build strong foundations for a long-term career in the banking technology sector. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be pursuing or recently completed BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: SDLC, algorithms, data structures, OS, OOPS, database concepts, and testing concepts. Proficiency in coding principles and basic programming skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and listening skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal). Ability to work in production support environments, including incident management and service restoration. Interest in project coordination and basic exposure to PMO functions such as reporting and stakeholder communication. Must be able to join full-time in September 2025. All academic requirements must be completed with no active backlogs at the time of joining. Note: This apprenticeship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bengalore & Pune.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Support the design, development, and delivery of engineering solutions for various business functions. Assist in modernizing technology systems to reduce complexity, enhance safety, and support business growth. Work in collaborative teams to build, test, and deploy technology components across global banking services. Participate in production support activities including incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Analyze business data and contribute to planning and delivery activities. Contribute to enhancing infrastructure capabilities using strategic frameworks and standardized design patterns. Work in an agile environment, contributing ideas, sharing solutions, and participating actively in team discussions. Engage in structured learning, mentoring sessions, and ongoing technical training provided by Deutsche Bank.
