Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be an Indian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold an Indian Temporary Work Visa. Educational Qualifications: PhD, MS, MTech, or final-year BE/BTech students with an aptitude for research in computer science. Master’s and PhD students from premier institutes in fields such as psychology, sociology, economics, mathematics, game design, and organizational behavior. Students from disciplines including Business & Management, Engineering & Mathematics, Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, IT & Computer Science, and Medical & Health Sciences. A strong academic record with a passion for research and development. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Delhi, Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Gurugram (Haryana), Hyderabad (Telangana), Kolkata (West Bengal) & Mumbai, Pune (Maharashtra).

Responsibilities
As a TCS Research Intern, responsibilities include: Research & Development: Define research problems and develop innovative solutions. Apply industry-scale data to build prototype solutions. Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences. Execution of Research Projects: Conduct literature reviews to identify opportunities and challenges. Execute proofs of concept and contribute to the development of tools and products. Learning & Development: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in industrial research. Collaborate with teams to design solutions for applied research challenges. Duration of Internship: Short-term Internships: 6 to 8 weeks Long-term Internships: 16 to 18 weeks
