Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities
Interns will: Work with key IBM support tools such as Salesforce CSP, PuTTY, ECuRep, Bluediamond, Drupal Publisher, and Dumpdecoder. Assist in troubleshooting IBM storage products, especially DS8000 and Tape Storage systems. Support customer data uploads, case updates, and diagnostic data handling. Contribute to creating and managing technical documents using Drupal Publisher. Learn and apply IBM Storage product concepts through structured training sessions. Engage in SEED Level 1 education modules to enhance technical skills. Collaborate with IBM technical support teams to resolve client issues effectively.
