Newton School, a leading EdTech company revolutionizing industry-ready tech education, is seeking Talent Acquisition Interns to join their recruitment team. This 6-month on-site internship in Bangalore offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and employer branding. As a TA Intern, you will contribute to building Newton School’s dynamic team while learning best practices in recruitment, HR tools, and candidate management. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about Human Resources and talent management.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment, technical hiring, and talent development. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience or familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore (Karnataka).

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Assist with the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Post job openings on job boards and track application responses. Conduct initial screening calls and email outreach to candidates. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding processes and employer branding initiatives.
