  • Eligibility Criteria
    Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Applicants must be final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Applicants must demonstrate organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools (Workday, SmartRecruiters) is a plus.
  • Previous HR or Talent Acquisition internship experience is preferred.
  • Applicants must be available full-time (3–6 months) starting immediately.
    Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Mumbai.

  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and data confidentiality.
    Employee Experience & Engagement:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (events, internal communications, L&D activities).
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects as needed.
