Amber is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (TA Intern) to join the HR team in Pune. This role is perfect for recent graduates or final-year students eager to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced startup environment. You will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives while working closely with hiring managers and the TA team.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must demonstrate organizational and time-management abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite is required. Knowledge of ATS tools will be an added advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Pune.

Responsibilities
Intersn will: Assist TA team in coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements. Support sourcing efforts through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with recruiters. Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication. Maintain recruitment trackers and keep internal databases updated. Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires. Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as events, campaigns, and job posts. Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices.
