The Synopsys SerDes Post Silicon Validation Apprenticeship 2026 is a 12-month full-time internship program based in Noida, India. This apprenticeship offers fresh engineering graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in post-silicon validation of high-speed SerDes IP. Interns will work in advanced lab environments, supporting analog characterization, compliance testing, and signal integrity measurements for cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. The program provides real-world exposure to high-speed serial interfaces and industry-standard validation tools while collaborating with experienced engineers in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025 with a BE/BTech degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, VLSI, or an equivalent field. Candidates must not be enrolled in any M-Tech program or postgraduate diploma course. Applicants must not be employed in any full-time position at the time of application. Candidates should have a solid understanding of serial data link measurement techniques and signal integrity concepts. Applicants should have knowledge of post-silicon validation, analog characterization, and high-speed protocols such as PCIe, JESD, and Ethernet. Programming skills in Matlab, C/C++, and Python are required, while FPGA prototyping experience is an added advantage. Note: This aprenticeship is exclusively available in India. specifically available in Noida.
