Ivalua, a global leader in cloud-based procurement solutions, is offering a RUN Internship opportunity for aspiring professionals passionate about software, supply chain, and client support. As part of the RUN Team, interns will help manage post go-live operations of Ivalua’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) SaaS platform. The role combines technical and functional responsibilities, offering hands-on experience with customer relationship management, application maintenance, configuration, and performance enhancement. Interns will receive certification training on the Ivalua Buyer application and contribute to delivering outstanding service across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must have a BE/BTech or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have up to 1 year of experience in software development (C#, .NET, SQL Server). Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment. Willingness to undergo Ivalua’s certification process. Knowledge of the procurement domain is an added advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Pune.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Manage customer relationships and gather business requirements. Analyze application impacts and advise customers on best practices. Use Ivalua's technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) for customization. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across implementation cycles. Perform reverse engineering and recommend configuration solutions. Collaborate with R&D for product enhancements. Monitor deliveries and resolve operational concerns. Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the RUN Team’s performance.
