Intake purchase requests (PRs) from R&D, mechanical, and electronics teams and translate into sourcing tasks.

Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers, ensuring clarity on specifications, cost, and lead time.

Source new suppliers or vendors domestically and internationally.

Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, certifications, NDAs, and system registration.

Track PO execution, monitor ETAs, and coordinate with quality, logistics, and finance teams.

Assist in cost analysis, price negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
