The Headout Reservation Operations Internship is a 9-month, full-time, remote opportunity designed for detail-oriented individuals passionate about data, operations, and process optimization. The internship begins with a foundational 3-month phase focused on reservation data entry and backend workflows, giving interns a deep understanding of the company’s fulfillment systems. As the internship progresses, responsibilities expand to include booking confirmations, customer and service provider issue resolution, report generation, and basic data analysis. This role provides cross-functional exposure across teams like operations, customer experience, and supply, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth travel tech company.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The candidate must be based in India and able to work remotely. The applicant should have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The applicant should be comfortable with data entry, analysis, and working independently. Prior internship or academic experience in data operations or reporting is preferred (but not mandatory). The candidate should be available to join immediately. Willingness to commit to a full-time, 9-month internship is essential. Clear communication skills and a learning mindset are required. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Remote.
