Monitor solar PV assets remotely and report operational issues to the asset manager.

Ensure contractors respond to site faults and equipment errors within agreed SLAs.

Analyze monitoring system data to identify long-term issues or irregular patterns.

Define and track KPIs to monitor asset performance with guidance from the asset manager.

Maintain strong working relationships with O&M contractors.

Update site inventory using the EIRA computerized maintenance management system.

Track equipment issues and defects throughout the lifetime of the assets.

Assist in the technical optimization of clients’ operational solar portfolios.
