Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, BCA, PGDCA, B.Tech, or a relevant field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel and MS Word. Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and SCM processes is desirable. Familiarity with SAP / Oracle SCM modules is an added advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Self-driven, well-organized, and able to maintain consistent documentation and records. Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced or challenging situations. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy. Follow and comply with SCM procedures within the organization. Verify incoming shipments using invoice checklists. Analyze stock data and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) where required. Manage purchase orders and MSRs, including generation, confirmation, expediting, and communication with end users. Maintain trackers for finalized purchase orders. Resolve invoice discrepancies and requisition-related issues. Perform receipt entries against purchase orders to support expedite reports and match exceptions. Maintain organized data and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
