Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant should have prior experience building a start-up or interning at a start-up environment. The applicant must possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. The applicant should be able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across functions. The applicant must demonstrate a first-principles problem-solving approach and high ownership mindset. The applicant should be familiar with analytical tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, or other business intelligence tools (preferred but not mandatory). The applicant must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The applicant should have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose creative solutions. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bengalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Work closely with founders and senior leaders to convert ideas into validated experiments. Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights. Develop hypotheses to address business challenges, execute experiments, validate results, and help scale successful initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation of strategic initiatives. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership teams. Support key organizational projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
