Analyze process losses and propose optimizations.

Facilitate cross-functional communication (e.g., logistics, projects).

Develop training tools for operators and team leaders.
Quality Department:

Develop audit systems and quality indicators.

Investigate non-standard events and create improvement plans.

Validate equipment and monitor compliance with quality standards.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):

Contribute to waste management and product destruction planning.

Lead energy and water consumption studies and propose sustainable solutions.
