The selected intern will work closely with the Tech, Product, and Operations teams to enhance the efficiency of internal workflows. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about B2B SaaS, problem-solving, and operations optimization. Interns will gain hands-on experience in monitoring account health, executing operational tasks, and supporting product-related improvements that impact clients like Philips, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, and Mahindra Logistics.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must have a basic understanding of B2B SaaS operations. Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers and vendors. Should have a “figure-it-out” mindset and take initiative to handle tasks independently. Must be familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Basic knowledge of MongoDB Compass and querying using indexes is desirable. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.
