Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be a fresh graduate or have internship/entry-level experience in IT or related fields. The applicant must have a basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. The applicant must understand Single Sign-On (SSO) fundamentals and authentication flows. The applicant must have basic knowledge of email and collaboration platforms. The applicant must be willing to work in rotational shifts and a hybrid work model. The applicant should possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Assist in managing user identities, authentication, and authorization in IAM systems. Support administration of Okta, including user lifecycle management and application integration. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and access modification requests. Provide operational support for Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365. Monitor service queues and respond to incidents within defined SLAs. Escalate complex IAM or collaboration issues to senior engineers. Follow security standards, documented procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate ticket updates and operational documentation. Ensure positive end-user experience through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
