The Performance Testing Internship at LeadSquared offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in testing large-scale, cloud-based CRM systems. Interns will work closely with the engineering team to design and execute performance tests that measure the platform’s reliability, scalability, and efficiency. This role provides exposure to real production-scale environments, performance monitoring tools, system analysis, and cloud technologies, helping candidates build strong foundational skills in performance engineering.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The candidate should have a basic understanding of performance testing concepts such as load, stress, and scalability testing. The applicant must be familiar with at least one performance testing tool (JMeter preferred). The candidate should have basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. The applicant must have scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or any programming language. The candidate should be curious, detail-oriented, and willing to work on real engineering challenges. Freshers or students with 0–1 year of experience are eligible to apply. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Assist in designing and executing various types of performance tests such as load, stress, and endurance tests. Use tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or Locust to simulate real-world usage scenarios. Analyze application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks. Monitor system metrics, including CPU, memory, network, and database performance using tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, or Prometheus. Contribute to building performance dashboards and reports for engineering reviews. Collaborate with senior engineers to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.
