Responsibilities
Interns will: Customer Experience: Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and ensure a WOW experience. Recommend suitable products and services based on customer requirements. Promote sports participation through local communities and events. Encourage customers to use omnichannel services such as in-store, website, and app. Ensure smooth checkout and propose value-added services like buyback, repair, and personalization. Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer’s sports experience. Maintain accurate inventory to ensure product availability. Keep store signage updated and customer-friendly. Store Display & Product Presentation: Maintain a best-in-class, safe, and attractive store layout. Ensure customers can test available sports solutions. Highlight the complete product range available in-store and online. Stay product-trained and suggest the best solutions as per customer needs. Promote circular economy offers and relevant services. Ensure all necessary sports services are available to customers.
