Fam (previously FamPay) is India’s first payments app for everyone above 11 years old, helping users make online and offline payments via UPI and FamCard. Founded in 2019 by IIT Roorkee alumni, Fam is on a mission to create a financially aware generation and empower over 250 million young users in India to start their financial journey early. As a Mobile Intern at Fam, you will contribute to building innovative mobile solutions, enhancing the user experience, and shaping the future of finance for India’s youth.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Prior internship experience in mobile application development. Strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter, Kotlin, iOS, or Swift. Proficiency in mobile frameworks and understanding of mobile app design principles. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good to have: B.Tech or equivalent degree, GSoc experience, or open-source contributions. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Build and ship FamApp to millions of users. Write readable, maintainable, and high-quality code using Flutter/Kotlin/iOS/Swift. Understand UI design concepts and translate wireframes into functional mobile applications. Identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues in development, testing, and production. Collaborate with the team to implement innovative mobile solutions. Take ownership of high-impact features and projects.
