Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be a final-year B.Tech / M.S. student or a recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and basic System Design concepts. Prior coursework, projects, or research in Machine Learning, including topics like regression, classification, deep learning, or agent-based models. Familiarity with SQL and comfort working with data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, MongoDB, BigQuery). Passion for continuous learning and the ability to self-direct and stay updated with the latest in AI/ML. Comfortable using AI development tools like GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first attitude. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Delhi.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Develop and expand Hike’s Multi-Agent AI Analytics System to deliver real-time conversational insights. Design and refine ML models for personalization, user matchmaking, and churn prediction. Lead experimentation to boost user engagement, retention, and monetization through AI. Monitor real-time data pipelines feeding anomaly detection, matchmaking, and AI-powered features. Optimize ML inference models for live gaming features like spin-the-wheel rewards and sticker recommendations. Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to create intelligent user experiences. Promote and implement AI-driven tools and workflow automation across development teams.
