Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing or holding an MSEE (Master’s in Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of deep submicron CMOS FinFET process and design issues. Understanding of system-level timing budgets, specifications, and analysis. Familiarity with device reliability, ESD, and latch-up requirements. Experience with Cadence custom design tools and circuit simulators (Hspice, XA, FineSim, Spectre). Knowledge of Verilog, Nanotime, Matlab is a plus. Hands-on experience with lab test and measurement equipment is a plus. Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Design mixed-signal/analog circuits for high-speed memory I/O interfaces. Solve challenges in deep submicron CMOS FinFET circuit design. Participate in all stages of design development, from concept to productization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs. Supervise layout development while ensuring compliance with reliability, ESD, and latch-up requirements.
