Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant should hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Health Policy, Medical Anthropology, Social Sciences, or related fields. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience may also apply. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Applicants should have strong proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is desirable. The applicant should have familiarity with secondary research, literature review, and qualitative research methods. The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as in team environments. Prior internship or experience in the health sector is an added advantage. Location eligibility: New Delhi (Hybrid), Bengaluru (Hybrid), or Chikkaballapur (Hybrid). Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Conduct secondary research and literature reviews to synthesize validated information related to India’s mental health ecosystem. Assist program teams in retrieving data and insights relevant to ongoing mental health projects. Support in the development of knowledge materials including infographics, IEC content, technical briefs, and project reports. Participate in internal planning discussions, team meetings, and program operational activities. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and knowledge collaterals for project documentation and communication.
