Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Master’s degree in a scientific, health, communications, or technology-related health field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge or experience in clinical pharmacology, therapeutic areas, or medical writing is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Experience with regulatory, clinical trial, or Medical Affairs documents is a plus. Additional Preferences: Advanced degree or certification in life sciences, pharma, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, or related disciplines. Expertise in specific therapeutic areas such as neuroscience, oncology, cardiovascular, immunology, or endocrine disorders. Familiarity with document management systems and scientific communications tools. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bengalore.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Develop and maintain high-quality medical affairs deliverables including slide decks, newsletters, and educational materials. Collect, evaluate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to create cohesive content strategies. Plan, draft, review, edit, and finalize documents while ensuring scientific accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with internal teams, external experts, and vendors to gather input and manage quality checks. Support project management by tracking timelines, identifying risks, and communicating progress. Maintain and enhance knowledge of therapeutic areas, compounds, and regulatory/publication guidelines. Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across teams.
