Responsibilities
Interns will: Perform quality checks of supplier and internal manufacturing records Ensure authorization of part shipments as per engineering and project standards Identify discrepancies in technical specifications, drawings, and testing methods Report non-conformances to internal and external stakeholders Create, coordinate, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) using SAP / Intelex Support supplier pre-manufacturing record approvals via eSMDR & SAP Upload, download, and manage quality documentation in SAP/ECM systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Supplier Quality Procurement Engineering Manufacturing Project teams Participate in: Process standardization initiatives Continuous improvement projects Non-Review Board (NRB) meetings
