Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with certification or formal education in Instructional Systems Design, Curriculum Development, Technical Communication, or related fields will be preferred. Applicants should have 0–3 years of relevant experience as a learning consultant, instructional designer, or content developer. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Applicants should possess knowledge of instructional design principles, frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM, and experience with multimedia development tools. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
