The Indian Army Internship Program (IAIP) 2025–26, conducted by the War Gaming Development Centre (WARDEC), offers students and early-career researchers a unique opportunity to work on live defence technology and war-gaming projects. This high-impact internship focuses on software development, AI & ML, simulation, DevSecOps, and secure systems, providing hands-on exposure to military-grade applications. Interns collaborate with Indian Army technical teams on data-driven modelling, strategic simulations, and advanced defence systems, gaining insight into how modern technology supports real-time defence planning and decision-making. The program blends structured mentorship with practical project work in a disciplined, professional military environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: BE / BTech (Computer Science, IT, Data Science, ECE) – Final year or completed. MTech (AI & ML, Data Science, Software Engineering) – Pursuing or completed. PhD candidates working in AI & ML, DevSecOps, Software Engineering, or Big Data. Freshers with 0–1 year experience. Must be available for the entire internship duration. Duration: 75 Days Willingness to work in a disciplined defence environment. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in New Delhi/Bengaluru.
