Eligibility Criteria

Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes. Basic knowledge of contract management tools and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. A growth mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. Exposure to IBM tools, Watsonx, or Agile methodologies will be an added advantage. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to optimize sales and contract workflows using IBM’s internal systems. Work closely with Q2C professionals to explore AI-driven solutions leveraging Watsonx. Gain exposure to agile work environments, learning how global operations align with IBM’s business goals. Maintain compliance with internal standards while supporting business efficiency and client satisfaction.
