Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be pursuing or close to completing a STEM MBA program, graduating no earlier than 2027. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or an equivalent field. Should possess 1–2 years of experience in software sales, client engagement, or digital transformation roles. Strong affinity for technology, with a hands-on approach to learning and problem-solving. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Haryana.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with IBM’s business goals. Identify and engage potential clients through online channels, data insights, and lead-generation tools. Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions. Manage and update the sales pipeline through CRM tools, tracking opportunities and conversions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the customer journey. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining accuracy in documentation. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging digital sales trends and continuously enhance skills through training.
