We strive to help students integrate, support each other, learn from one another, and excel together. The Graduate Rotational Internship Program (GRIP) is the flagship program of TSF. It focuses on developing technical skills and enhancing professional profiles on LinkedIn. The program provides a platform for students, recent graduates, and professionals to connect with peers from diverse backgrounds, skills, and countries.

Web Development: Create and develop dynamic websites with various specifications. Implement features such as payment gateway and social media integration. Deploy and maintain websites on hosted networks and the Amazon Cloud platform. Perform various testing methodologies. Gain proficiency in skills such as PHP, MySQL, Java, intelligence, analytics, etc., with guidance. Work on advanced technologies including Deep Learning, AI, machine learning, and blockchain with guidance. Build a strong professional profile, present given tasks and submissions, and improve skills through various activities as part of the internship. Collaborate and coordinate with fellow team members and mentors. Mobile App Development: Create new and/or develop existing app products. Work on Android and iOS platforms. Deploy apps on Play Store and App Store. Integrate social media with apps. Integrate with REST APIs under the guidance of mentors. Build a strong professional profile, present given tasks and submissions, and improve skills through various activities as part of the internship. Collaborate and coordinate with fellow team members and mentors. Data Science & Business Analytics: Write codes to collect, crunch, and analyze data from internal and external sources. Build and tune machine learning models using R, Python, or any language/tool you are comfortable with. Use BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to analyze data, find important patterns, and design visualization dashboards. Build a strong professional profile, present given tasks and submissions, and improve skills through various activities as part of the internship. Note: Data science and business analysis have some common skills and tasks. Your mentors will give you options to select the tasks from as per your technical skills. Content Development: Ideation and creation of digital content for marketing and promotional activities. Creating and sharing text content such as articles and posts on various topics. Designing creative and engaging posters on predefined themes for our social media pages. Developing audio and video content for various activities. Building a strong professional profile, presenting given tasks and submissions, and improving skills through various activities as part of the internship. Collaborating and coordinating with fellow team members and mentors. Digital Marketing: Develop marketing plans for promotional activities. Create various marketing materials as per requirements. Work with the Content Development team to develop and promote digital content on various online platforms. Write, review, and publish articles and news on TSF’s social media platforms. Build a strong professional profile, present given tasks and submissions, and improve skills through various activities as part of the internship. Collaborate and coordinate with fellow team members and mentors. IoT and Computer Vision: Computer Vision: Developing custom image processing algorithms and software. Creating applications for facial and emotion recognition, automated optical inspection, etc. Developing advanced vision algorithms and applications for machine automation and visual inspection. Internet of Things: Utilizing academic exposure of Raspberry Pi, Nvidia Jetson, and microcontrollers. Developing software for IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning applications. Conducting research on emerging trends, solutions, and standards in Automation and IoT/Industry 4.0. Campus Ambassador: Representation: You'll serve as the face and voice of TSF at your college or university, effectively communicating our vision and mission to the campus community. Awareness: Your primary goal will be to spread awareness about our products or services among students, engaging them with our offerings. Event Hosting: You'll organize and host various events such as workshops, seminars, and social media promotions to engage students and promote TSF. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from students and working closely with the management team to improve processes will be part of your responsibilities. Professional Development: You'll work on building a strong professional profile, completing assigned tasks, and enhancing your skills through various internship activities. Collaboration: It's essential to collaborate and coordinate effectively with fellow team members and mentors to achieve shared goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: Recruitment Planning: You'll develop recruitment plans tailored to the diverse needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Content Publishing: You'll coordinate with students and expert mentors to publish relevant material online, enhancing TSF's visibility and engagement with the target audience. Mentor Management: You'll manage expert mentors and students, addressing any queries they may have and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the internship program. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from participants and working closely with the management team to enhance the recruitment process will be part of your role. Job Readiness Programs: You'll design and implement job readiness programs and advertisements, promoting them on public platforms to attract qualified candidates. Professional Development: Your internship will focus on building a strong professional profile, completing assigned tasks, and enhancing your skills through various activities. Collaboration: Effective collaboration and coordination with fellow team members and mentors are essential to achieving organizational objectives and fostering a supportive work environment.
