Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good to Have: Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, AI applications. Knowledge of HRIS systems. Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, French, German, Hebrew, Turkish). Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Support and document HR Shared Services processes. Perform data validation and assist in employee file audits. Research compliance and country-specific HR regulations. Analyze service ticket trends and suggest process improvements. Provide insights for cross-cultural enablement and smoother integration. Contribute to onboarding materials, training modules, and learning enablement. Assist in payroll migration and monitor milestones. Collaborate with global HR teams, leadership, and external vendors.
