Responsibilities
Interns will: Handle and respond to all technical queries from customers. Initiate and track corrective actions for reported issues. Ensure compliance with KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD). Provide technical solutions for in-service customer issues. Consolidate and analyze in-service data from customers. Support Continued Airworthiness activities (Part 21 compliance) when applicable. Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation and growth.
