As an Intern / Executive Assistant, you will provide direct administrative, operational, and coordination support to the City Director and Senior Program Manager. This role is ideal for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and are eager to contribute to the mission of ensuring every child in India receives an excellent education.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Bachelor’s degree holders (completed or pursuing) in any discipline. Prior internship or administrative experience is preferred. Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be proficient in Google Workspace. Applicants must be detail-oriented, professional, and proactive in anticipating leadership needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a mission-driven, dynamic environment. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Delhi.

Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support: Manage complex leadership calendars and scheduling. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items. Draft and review emails, presentations, and documents. Project Coordination & Tracking: Support strategic and operational projects. Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure progress. Compile data and reports for leadership meetings. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Respond promptly and professionally to queries and requests. Operational & Event Support: Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries). Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support decision-making and strategy. Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
