Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields. Strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, HR, or DEI Prior academic, internship, or volunteer exposure in HR/branding/DEI is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with meaningful lived DEI experiences are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative mindset with basic design or content-editing skills (Canva is an advantage). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Must be legally eligible to work in India. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bengaluru.
