Support end-to-end campus hiring activities, including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams, college SPOCs, and student candidates to ensure smooth processes.

Assist in organizing and executing events, workshops, engagement programs, and recruitment campaigns.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance employer branding, student experience, and communication strategies.

Maintain trackers, dashboards, and candidate pipelines with accuracy and timely updates.

Assist in creating content for presentations, communication materials, newsletters, and campaigns.

Support new initiatives under the Emerging Talent and Launchpad programs.

Manage operational tasks such as scheduling, logistics, documentation, and reporting to ensure seamless execution.
